What is this place?

What does your beer say about you? Are you a hardcore Miller guy? Do you craft your own beer? Do you refuse anything domestic for the finer taste or do you just go for the cheapest case you can find and see if you can make it to the bottom in a night? Here at Rough Draft we lean away from drinking just any one beer or drinking beer for any one purpose. We also doubt that we’re alone in hitting the drink specials one night and ordering something simply because we’ve never heard of it the next.

In the last month or so we’ve had beers that are $12 for a case and beers that are $12 a bottle. We’ve drank for the flavor and we’ve drank for the fun and joy of drinking. We’ve handled our beers with class and also made complete fools of ourselves.

What we are trying to do here is provide an entertaining blog about beer and anything beer related. We’ll look to gain a readership that can both learn along with us, suggest new things, teach us a thing or two, or even just tell a good bar story.
